The Technological Center of the factory has internationally advanced technology and a lab testing facility to reach an internationally superb level. It was founded in 1996 and was evaluated as a national technological center in March 2004. The Technological Center has established a good cooperation relationship with many universities and R&D institutes.

Please allow 5 business days for bank clearance for the checks and money orders, then your wigs will be shipped out.

We are happy to accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks payments. Paying by Money Order and Cashiers Check will get a 5% discount off the wig price. Money orders and cashier's check payments must be made in U.S dollars. The Money Order/Cashiers Check payment payment option resides in Credit Card type options under Pay using Credit Card section on Payment page.

Placing orders on Yahoo! store is super safe:
When customers place orders on a Yahoo! store, their info is encrypted. We cannot see all of their credit card info, instead, our payment processor company will only send us code to let us know if the order is safe or not. After one month, all of the credit card info will disappear online. And we can only charge an order once in one month. After one month from the date the customers place their order, the credit card info will not available.

Cancellations
Customers can notify WigsNatural.com to cancel their order within 24 hours of the time the order was placed without any cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued. After this 24 hours time period, all sales of full hand-tied wigs are final. If customers insist a cancellation, $100.00 cancellation fee would be charged per order. We will refund the rest of the fund. For regular human hair and synthetic hair wigs, before the wigs are shipped out, customers can cancel the item and order a new selection. When a wig is out of stock, customers might need to wait up to two months. In this case, customers can choose to wait for the wigs to come in, or to cancel their orders. Customers who rent a color ring from us should send in their final color choice in three weeks after they receive our color ring; otherwise, their order will be canceled by our store, and a $100.00 color ring rental fee and a $10.97 color ring shipping fee will be charged. Shipping Methods and Fees:
We do not offer overnight shipping to prevent fraudulent purchase. We leave 2 business days to customers to cancel the fraudulent credit card transactions on their cards. Domestic orders will be shipped by USPS Priority mail ($11.47/wig) or UPS 3 Day Select. It takes about 3 business days to reach our customers after the order is shipped out. When customers buy three or more wigs, UPS 3 Day Select is cheaper than USPS Priority. We will ship orders to Canada by USPS Priority International. The shipping fee is $31.96 for the first wig. If customers buy more than one wig, we will charge the actual shipping fee we pay to the USPS. Orders outside the USA and Canada will be shipped by Fedex International Priority. If the payment method of the international order is credit card, the wigs will be held at Fedex location to be picked up.

How to choose the shipping options?
When you only buy one wig, USPS Priority is the cheapest way. However, it is less reliable than UPS and Fedex. While USPS Priority Mail cites a 2-3 day typical delivery time, it could be slower or faster depending on various unknown factors. So if your order is very time sensitive, please choose UPS and Fedex because UPS and FedEx always guarantee their delivery times. When you buy 2 - 4 wigs, UPS and Fedex are cheaper. When you buy 5 or more wigs, Fedex Ground shipping is the cheapest, but takes 5 business days to reach you after we ship the wigs out.

Shipping discreetly & Separating wig packages:
For customer privacy concerns, we will ship orders discreetly if customers ask us to do so. Please leave this message in the Comments text box on Payment page when you check out. We will use standard mailing boxes and we will conceal the name of our store. There is no mention of "wigs" on the mailing box. The sender name would be JEAN and an invoice would be in the box.
Some wig packages are very long and are hard to fit in the shipping box. In this case we will separate the package to fit the wig in the shipping boxes. Some wigs are heavier than others and some packages of the wig are more than one pound. To control the shipping weight to be less than 2 lbs or 1 lbs, we reserve the right to remove part of the wig packages. If the wigs are bought as gifts, please send us an email so we will ship the whole package to our customers.

Shipping Delays and stolen
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. WigsNatural.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and misdirected shipment also. If we get reimbursement from shipping carriers, we will refund this amount to our customers. If customers submit fraudulent claims, it might result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC, Section 1341 & 1342). Keep a copy of your claim for further reference.

Estimating package delivery date:
The Availability on our Product Description page is the order handling time, which is the amount of time it will take to ship the wigs after receiving a cleared payment from the buyer. (A "cleared" payment means that the funds have been deposited into our account.) Service transit time refers to the published transit times of the shipping carriers such as the U.S. Postal Services and UPS. To estimate the total delivery time of your wig, add the order handling time to the carrier’s transit time. For example, suppose you buy a wig with a handling time of 3 business days and select U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which has an estimated transit time of 2-3 business days. The estimated delivery time of your package would be 3 business days for handling and 2-3 business days for transit time. This would total 5-6 business days from the day we receive payment for your wig.

Signature required or Hold for Pick Up:
To add security to every shipping package, we add signature confirmation feature to all shipping package we ship out. Customer are required to sign for their packages. If customers are not at home at the delivery time, a notice will be left on their from door by postmen. Customers can take the notice to their local post office to pick up their shipping packages. Customers can ask for Hold for Pick up services too. Then the shipping package will be shipped to the local post office that is nearest to customer's address. Customers can go to the post office at their convenient time in one week. Customers will need to show ID to the clerks of the post office. So please enter your names as it appears on your identification.

Incorrect Merchandise & Exchange Policy
All full hand-tied wigs are not exchangeable. A custom wig is made to fit an individual head. Once the wig is built for someone, it only looks right on that person. If the wigs received are not what you had ordered, please email us at:

Subject: Wrong Merchandise
Please describe what you have received. We will promptly process your request to send you the correct item. Everything about exchanging must be in writing. We do not handling exchange orders on phone.

For complete satisfaction, the customer has 3 days from the date the wigs (machine-made and half-machine-made wigs only) are received to exchange for other wigs. All exchanges for wigs are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and a $10.97/wig re-shipping fee. Please email to:

Subject: Exchange Request
Important: All exchange or incorrect wigs must be shipped back in its original condition as received. This includes setting, packing, hairnet if applicable, tissue if applicable, and its original packaging. Wigs must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, picked) in any way. If a wig has been worn, cut, combed or damaged in any way it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged in full. Authorized returns will incur a 30% product return fee and all shipping fee.

Return Policy
We are sorry but wigsnatural.com is not returnable for all wigs sold. In the case that a wig is defective, the buyer can return the wig for an exchange in its original condition and we will replace the wig for the same brand, style and color at no cost. There are No Unauthorized Returns due to manufacturer's restrictions and sanitary reasons. We refuse to accept any unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to customers immediately by the same shipping carrier. So do not send the wigs back to us if you are a professional cheater because we already know your trick.

We only accept authorized return packages. All unauthorized package will be refused. The same shipping carry will return the package to customers with the package intactly.

Refund & Discount
All sales are final and we do not issue refund. Due to State and Federal Health Department Regulations on the sale of wigs, we cannot resale returned wigs. However, if we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship your order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Discounts will be given as a WigsNatural.com coupon code. We will email the coupon code to customers so they can use it on their purchase on the Payment page when they checkout. All old coupon codes are expired on July 1, 2014. We will create new coupon code for eligible repeat customers. Please send an email to sales@wigsnatural.com to acquire a new coupon code. Please include any one of your order numbers in your email. A 5% discount will be applied to your future orders.

Screen Color Deviations
We are not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings. The display color we use is Color LCD Calibrated on MacBook Pro and Standard color display on iMac. Also, since monitors use RGB lighting system, which is different from natural day light, the hair color shown on screen is always brighter, sharper, and more saturate than the hair color in daylight.
